Walk-ins are welcome every day we are open. How long you wait depends on the day’s booking schedule, so if you are working to a clock, book a time and pick your barber.

- Do you take walk-ins?
- Yes. Walk-in availability always depends on the day’s booking schedule, so booking an appointment is the surest way in.
- Which men’s cut should I book?
- The Classic Chop is our standard clipper cut and our most booked service; the barber uses a 1 guard or higher and both clippers and scissors. Book the Quick Chop only for a one guard cut that needs no precision. Book the Bald Fade when any part of the cut goes to the skin, including a taper fade. If you want the cut done with scissors only, book the Scissor Cut so we can pair you with a barber who does it.
- I’m not sure which one I am.
- Book the Classic Chop. Your barber will tell you if you are really a Quick Chop, and you will have booked enough time either way.
- Which cut should I book for a woman’s haircut?
- The Ladies’ Chop. It is an in and out cut with no shampoo and no styling, so add a shampoo, a blow dry, hot styling or long hair to the booking if you want them.
- Are you good with kids?
- Yes. Kids’ cuts are part of what we do and we take pride in including children in our branded games and our family theme. The Little Chop is the kids’ cut on the price list.
- Why does my barber cost more than another one?
- Veteran barbers can charge more for their services as they grow with us, which is how we keep good staff. A legend or lightning bolt icon next to a barber’s name when you book means they are one of those veterans.
